Can we claim the credit for Make-up air unit? or do we need to model it in Baseline same as proposed? How to show this system in Section 1.4?

Hello, For app G 90.1 it does not say explicitly if the pump should be constant or variable flow for the primary chilled water pump, the same thing for the condensing water pumps.
