The project is a railcar vehicle maintenance facility (VMF) a couple acres large. This project falls under new construction and includes a new rail track to be brought into the VMF.

Hi, We at climate zone 1, and in normal practices, we use solar water heating storage tank for shower. In ASHRAE 90.1 , table 7.8, which categories of equipment performance we need to follow?

This applies to cooling only type systems? That means if the proposed system can heat and cool and is in said climate zone, then this exception may not be applied. Right?

Dear all, we gladly noticed that the Table 1.4 spreadsheet improved a lot. Now it is more like a interactive toolkit. Unfortunately most of the items are just in IP-Units available.

Can anynone clarify if boilers minimum efficiency requirements set in table 6.8.1 F is based on fuel higher heating value (HHV) or lower heating value (LHV)?

Hello. my project is in outside of USA. Because of that, there are many obstacles to get NFRC test about fenestration. can i omit this test in my project?
