Mandatory provisions for a heat pump

I have to model a heat pump that outside the building exchanges heat with the external air and it exchanges heat with the building, i.e. with the internal part of the HVAC plant, thorough water.

Hi: We are working in a project in Lima Perú and the HVAC Engineer has just sent to us a submittal sheet of a Magnetic Chiller with a COP of 10,8.

Ok I am new to LEED but my architect is telling me that most of the LEED submission take place after the construction documents are done.

R values

It is true that the R values in 90.1 have to be used as a minimum in the performance rating calculations? Using tables and materials description sets the basis for your baseline model?
