NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
It is true that the R values in 90.1 have to be used as a minimum in the performance rating calculations? Using tables and materials description sets the basis for your baseline model?

The baseline envelop is determined in accordance with Table G3.1.1-5 Baseline.
