Campus bike rakes

My understanding is that with a campus project, the bike racks simply need to be located within the campus (or 200' from the campus). Is that correct?

The 200 yard rule applies to bicycle racks outside of the project boundary but how about public showers outside of the project boundary?

Exemplary performance for providing showers for 60% of FTE's

We're working on a Fire Station with 10 FTE's and 6 showers (60%). Since the requirement for SSc4.2 is only 0.5%, our solution seems like it would be considered exemplary.
