We are building an addition to an existing non-LEED building and only adding a wall in the existing building. Originally we were going for LEED v2009 NC and now switched to EBOM.

I think I know this answer to this, but I can't find an answer anywhere so I would like someone else's opinion. I'm working on a LEED for schools project. About 3/4 of the building was renovated.

We have a project where we are using the existing footprint of a building without adding any additional square footage to the existing footprint except for cladding existing walls with a new skin.
