Dear experts,
To summarize the query above:
If the common wall of a new extension (our scope) and adjacent existing building will be removed to allow for shared usage of the spaces, but HVAC remains separate, can we refrain from including the existing building into our LEED for new construction submission and still comply with MPR of a complete building?
