Does anyone have experience with the credit minimum energy performance for a data center certified according to Core and Shell?

I am working on a data center and planning to use Prescriptive provisions of Sections 5 through 10 to comply with energy credit. The data hall is greater than 232 m2 but they are not occupied.

I am working on a site in which due to the site limitations and building height restrictions wet solution is not feasible.

I am working on a Data Center project which is located in Zone 4A. the project is assessed based on C&S. I am confused about the baseline building system selection.

How should I categorize the cooling required for IT equipment in data halls.

Can the process load cost be considered as unregulated energy use for PCIt calculations?

Is there an opportunity to utilize a different baseline on an existing building that is fully electric building in lieu of the directed (which is gas)?  In addition, for LEEDv4.1
