Air Economizer laboratory

We have a laboratory with very high indoor air requirements. Due to the high demands on the quality of the room air, no air may be circulated.

What types of interior conditioned spaces qualify for this credit? Do staff lounges, waiting rooms, family rooms and/or chapel/religious spaces count?

Do you know models of bathroom faucets with a 0.5 gm flow that is WaterSense certified or certified aerators that can get the same flow?

Table 6.4 of ASHRAE 60.1-2010 Note C states that for parking garages exhaust not required if two or more sides comprise walls that are at least 50% open to the outside.
