We are working on a tenant fit-out for a specialty group occupying the entire 3rd floor and part of the 1st floor in a LEED-certified building.

When we use the S-by-S method we have problems with some rooms being over-lighted. On average, we are pretty good.

The requirement states that “Any automatic control device required … shall either be manual on or shall be controlled to automatically turn the lighting on to not more than 50% power”
