Our project is located within the Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District (FMFCD) in California, which provides regional stormwater treatment and discourages on-site water quality treatment. The project will reduce stormwater runoff volume on site but is encouraged by FMFCD not to treat it onsite. Can the Rainwater Management credit be met by demonstrating on-site volume reduction and off-site regional water quality treatment, and what documentation is required to demonstrate compliance with credit intent?
