According to Table 5 (Reference Guide, p. 49) for 100 regular building occupants the sample size needs to be 81.

I have a HVAC system with labs on it requiring 100% outside air systems. Following all the guidance in 90.1 these spaces require a dedicated Sys 5/7 because they are over 5,000 cfm.

Based on a conversation with Centek Labs, the CDPH test methodology for targeted chemicals is for products and not a building. The test would require heating the building (really?).

Per the LEEDv4 Reference Guide "Duration-based savings from auto-control faucets w/ automatic fixture sensors or metering controls are no longer allowed in the design case.
