No, but I know of a horrible messy litigation related to a pre-fabricated steel building and the interface to other construction methods. There is now a highly regarded envelope forensics firm that does commissioning as well involved in the fix. For sure commissioning the envelope would have cost much less than what they are going through right now.
I cannot think of a better building type to apply envelope commissioning to!
