Adoption of Investigated Strategies

Do you need to adopt all strategies that you demonstrate as facilitating best energy performance for this credit? If, for reasons other than energy use, it becomes clear that one or two of the strategies proposed will not be realistic (due to cost, program, site restrictions etc.) is it OK to state that and not adopt the strategy.

You are not required to implement any of the strategies you examine. I would suggest that you take this as an opportunity to question your assumptions and really examine the holistic implications of your design decisions. If you do you should find yourself actually implementing them instead of being concerned about whether you would be required to do so.
