Have the 30% of areas with native and adaptated vegetation to be in the same place of the previously developped areas? Or is it possible to account for the conserved greenfield area in the calculation ?

Hi Anais,
If there is a greenfield on site, the credit requires that you protect and preserve at least 40% of the greenfield area from construction activity. This protected greenfield cannot contribute to the required 30% of the previously developed land that must be restored with native or adaptive vegetation. Both areas must be conserved in order to earn this credit. I hope this helps!
