Can a greenhouse be excluded when doing credit calculation? If not, is there a default SRI that we can use for greenhouse roofs?

If Street Lights on the public sidewalk adjacent to public streets are within project scope and LEED Boundary, are they required to comply with BUG Rating?

Acoustic Performance Credit for Residences

Two aspects of this credit seem to make it not achievable for new residential buildings - Reverberation Time <0.6 seconds for residences, and STCc 50 from residences to corridors.
