Furniture reuse

Hello - I'm working on a TI project and the client is reusing over half their furniture. I know I include this in the calculator, but do I use the value of the furniture when it was purchased? Is there a deduction of some portion of the value? Or is there some other way to get credit for furniture reuse? Thanks so much!

Material reuse considerations are found within the LEED CI Reference Guide for this credit under Further Explanation. In summary, "The cost of reused or reclaimed materials is either the actual cost paid (original purchase) or the replacement value, whichever is higher. The replacement value can be determined by pricing a comparable material in the local market; exclude labor and shipping."
