We have a project pursuing the EApc95 as part of its effort to monitor its carbon footprint.

Has anyone utilized a Utility-specific GHG coefficient before for this pilot credit?  Was documentation was required to be submitted?

For Campus projects that have atypical GHG coefficients due to cogeneration. Heat is a waste product, how are others accounting for this source emissions for the pilot credit.

Our Project team was able to use this pilot credit to achieve (1) additional point for our Transit Hall Project located in NYC.

Can anyone confirm that this pilot credit can be used for a V3 Homes Multifamily Midrise project where the ASHRAE 90.1-2007 baseline will be used.

Our team is looking for clarification if there is an additional 1 point achieved from EApc95 for under the Innovation category in addition to the points acheived based on the

Our Project team was able to use this pilot credit to achieve additional points for a mixed use office space and trading floor in New York City.

We are trying to pursue this credit since it better reflects our building performance than the cost-metric and it also gives us more Points.

Has anyone had success finding GHG factors (using approved means) for China, specifically I have a project in Shanghai.
