Can anyone confirm that this pilot credit can be used for a V3 Homes Multifamily Midrise project where the ASHRAE 90.1-2007 baseline will be used. Can we also use this to meet compliance for the prerequisite as well as the credits?

The pilot credit language only specifically mentions BDC, but I think the idea is valid for any project doing appendix G modeling. I would ask GBCI just to confirm.

We have a condo project registered as LEED-NC 2009, from the decription we are able to apply the pilot credit to the project. The project was penalized with points due to the corridor ventilation schedule, and apply the pliot helps redeem some of these points back. Anyone had a similar experience?
