Our Project team was able to use this pilot credit to achieve (1) additional point for our Transit Hall Project located in NYC.  Due to the high cost of NYC district steam, the cost savings do not accurately capture the building energy efficiency measures. Therefore, the team decided to pursue the alternative energy performance metric since site energy, source energy, and GHG emission reductions are a better metric for evaluating energy efficiency in this project.
