Can we achieve exemplary performance for Parking if we are acheiving credit by default due to no parking possible?

Now that v4 has changed things a bit, I was wondering if I could apply the EBOM cert for an ID credit on my CI projects in a certified building.

This credit promotes an usual concept of projects, that include a open office and big breakroom that integrates all of employees in each floor.

The base building achieved this, which was seeking LEED v3 CS. At that time it was pilot credit SSpc14.
