This credit in the innovation catalogue appears to be substantially similar to the CI credit (IEQc7.2) in the v3 rating system. However, the credit language provided is not for "Establishment" (which is what was required in v3) but rather for "Performance" - the credit states that a survey must be conducted.
Does anyone have experience pursuing this credit? Do we need to conduct the first survey after occupancy and before submission, which is substantially earlier than in v3, or is it enough to promise compliance 6-8 months after occupancy?

I have this same question. Anyone have any experience with this?

I am wondering the same thing. Also, do you have to use an established survey format or provider (such as the one CBE provides), or can you devise your own? What exact criteria is required?

Check the resources for the v3 CI credit on LEEDUser - I'm pretty sure that's where we got the template we've used on previous projects. We've always done the survey ourselves and not had any issue.

Hi Michael - The feedback I received was that we do have to actually conduct the survey now before submitting for review. Promising we will do it in the future is no longer acceptable. For the first project I encountered this on it was BD+C and in Canada so this was GBCI Canada feedback. I'd be interested to see if you've gone through the review process for this yet, and if you came to a different conclusion.
Thanks - Jess.

We got the same response from reviewers on a CI v4 project: You have to actually administer the surveys and provide the feedback, as well as any actions you had to take b/c of discomfort.
