Now that v4 has changed things a bit, I was wondering if I could apply the EBOM cert for an ID credit on my CI projects in a certified building.

Allen, can you elaborate on how those two points came about?
My understanding of the v4 changes is that there is no longer a dedicated credit that awards points simply for being in an EBOM-certified building; however, you can leverage some base building programs to apply to a fitout project. This generally fits under the O&M Starter Kit credit, where you can earn either 1 or 2 points in the IN credits. https://www.usgbc.org/credits/new-construction-core-and-shell-schools-new-construction-retail-new-construction-healthc-204?return=/credits/New%20Construction/v4.1

Does the EBOM certification have to be current? I have a base building that was certified in 2011 and recertified in 2015, but doesn't appear to have submitted again for recertification.

I used a certification from 2010 with no recertification.
