Our project is a 6 story office building, 250,000 sq feet. It is underconstruction.

I have a project on a campus whose microgrid is in part served by a large fuel cell. The fuel cell is powered by waste methane gas purchased from a nearby wastewater treatment plant.

Our project has a photovoltaic array that generates electricity which it´s sent totally to the grid, not being consumed directly in the building.

The project is in Ho Chi Minh city - tropical climate, so there is no demand for heating and the office will use only electricity.

Hi, We are going with solar panels on site at our facility. Can I use the renewable energy generated for both on-site renewable energy production credit and also energy savings in the simulation?

Is the tenant obliged to install additional renewable energy (or sign ownership/contract for off-site renewable energy) if the CS project fullfills criteria and recieves maximum (3) points?
