We are working on a tenant fit-out for a specialty group occupying the entire 3rd floor and part of the 1st floor in a LEED-certified building.

Project Occupancy when we are only complying with Indoor Water Use Reduction prerequisite under prescriptive path?

Percentage of occupancy for the Indoor Water Use Reduction Calculator for the prerequisite- project only has ADA restrooms.

Currently, I am conducting certification for an office project, in the commercial interiors mode, which only has ADA restrooms within the LEED boundary.

Water Sense Labeling

This requirement appears to be mandatory. Since WaterSense is more commonly found in residential fixtures, how are commercial projects complying with this requirement?

For WEp1 the reference guide states, "All newly installed toilets, urinals, private lavatory faucets, and showerheads that are eligible for labeling must be WaterSense labeled".  I am involved
