We are doing a CI project in Hong Kong and going to select a kitchen faucet for installation in the pantry. The Manufacturer data mentions 3.4 lpm as"nominal" flow rate of the fixture, which is based on a test carried by local authority while requirement for LEED is 6.7 lpm as maximum flow rate. My question is, will it have any major impact on Indoor water use reduction prerequisite approval if we use nominal flow rate value?
