We have a client who lease out three floors in a office building in Hong Kong. They are currently renovating a part of these three floors.

One Tenant - two spaces across a public corridor - can this be certified as one project?

I have seen this question asked but not answered. We have a client who will renovate three floors of an office building; typical CI project. The issue is that they will do floors 7, 17, 18.

Hi, the scope of the project is to renovate the 3rd floor of a 5 storey building (all floors will be renovated eventually but the client wants to certify each floor as we go).
