Are biological laboratories considered as regularly occupied spaces?

Just want to verify that this credit still applies to sleeping rooms? i.e. hotel rooms, dormatory, etc.

How can individual thermal comfort controls be achieved for individual workstations in an open office?

Hello,

We are applying for the v4 New Construction Thermal Comfort credit and will have manual controls (overriding automatic) of air temperatures within offices and shared spaces.

The Upload for this credit indicates "Documentation may include a psychometric chart, PMV/PPD calculations... Figure 5.2.4.1 and/or Figure 5.2.4.4, or predicted worst case...".

has anyone achieved this credit through Comfy or a similar ap?

Has anyone run into the issue of fire marshall not allowing desk fans due to potential fire hazard? If so, what was the solution?

Would thermofusers satisfy the requirements of controllability for this credit? I seem to have confirmation from LEED 2009, but don't really see a clear direction under v4 or v4.1 

I am working on a new university building project pursuing LEED v4 BD+C New Construction, and it includes a greenhouse.
