Credit language indicates "permanent entryway systems". The sample provided in the documentation tool kit has labels with entry mat and walk off mat.

Entryway mats required for a dorm that has apartments on the first floor?

We have a dorm project that has 4 apartments on the first floor for hall directors. These have their own private exterior entry. There is no further guidance for residential projects.

Permanent entrywway systems - rollout mats?

The reference guide includes rollout mats in the list of "acceptable permanent entryway systems." LEED 2009 allowed rollout mats to be used as part of the 10' but treated it as non-permanent.

A two story LEED addition will be regularly accessed from a new stair/elevator tower as well as a corridor at each level that connects it to the existing building.

I ask because according to the LEED v4 reference guide, garage spaces in warehouses and distribution centers are no required to install permanent entryway systems at the doors from the exterior to

Do recycling rooms need to be negatively pressurized to meet the requirements of Interior Cross-Contamination Prevention in LEED V4 now that recylcing rooms must include the collection of batteries
