Rollout Mats

Credit language indicates "permanent entryway systems". The sample provided in the documentation tool kit has labels with entry mat and walk off mat.

Will the USGBC accept rollout mats that are added over the floor finish and cleaned/serviced on a regular basis?

Roll-out mats are acceptable, per the rating system: " Acceptable entryway systems include permanently installed grates, grilles, slotted systems that allow for cleaning underneath, rollout mats, and any other materials manufactured as entryway systems with equivalent or better performance. Maintain all on a weekly basis."
