In one of our LEED ID+C project, we are having scope of 8th floor and the total floor of the building is 12 floor.

Can Core and Shell point thresholds apply to New Construction projects with 50% unregulated energy cost in LEED v4?

Hi LEED experts, in LEED v4.1, NC projects with more than 50% unregulated energy cost can apply CS point thresholds to count points. I would like to ask if LEED v4 also applies

Table 7.8 DHW performance requirements for electric instantaneous water heater

I see there is "Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters" in Table 7.8, but there is not an "Electric Instantaneous Water Heater" in the table.  Is the "Electric Water Heaters" term meant to be generic

Baseline System for District Energy System (DES) Option 2

I'm working on a 73,000 s.f. clasroom building that has air-cooled chiller and boiler plants connected to a seperate building so need to follow the DES guidelines.
