Dear LeedUsers,
In our project we have PV arrays which produce electricity and provide this electricity to the Network.
1) Can this electricity production after it converted in cost to be subtracted from the Total building annual energy cost?
My question in more general expression is if we are allowed to substract renewble energy from the total annual energy.
2) In the credit renewable energy: Where % renewable energy = Equivalent cost of usable energy produced by the renewable energy system/ Total building annual energy cost - The Total building annual energy cost in the denominator, is that we calculated in the credti Optimize Energy perfomrnace, correct?
Thank you very much

1. Yes assuming that the PV is on-site.
2. Also correct. Note that you must meet the prerequisite requirements without the renewable contribution under LEED v4.0.
