In one of our LEED ID+C project, we are having scope of 8th floor and the total floor of the building is 12 floor.
The suitable system as per ASHRAE 90.1 for this scenario is System 8.
In base case, as per ASHRAE the chiller capacity will determined. But, for proposed case the whole building has a combined chiller plant, how can we consider the AC load for particular floor (8th floor). Can we consider the AHU load (AHU Capacity) alone for the floor?
And also, how can we consider the power for pumps? Kindly clarify.

The specific modeling protocol for this situation is contained within the LEED Reference Guide. There are two methods described. Method 1 is for situations where the tenant space has a similar usage to the rest of the building, you basically calculate a weighted average based on area. Method 2 is for situation where other uses in the building has disimilar occupancies and you determine the percentage of the design load used by the tenant space. Details are in the Reference Guide under Further Explanation.
