We have a warehouse project located in Spain. It won`t be equipped with heating, nor cooling system. I am not sure how to approach this.

Apartments in university dormitory

Is it correct that an apartment in a dormitory should be documented as a residential dwelling unit in the MEPC on the multifamily tab but the dorm rooms should not as they are not complete dwelling

If Demand Control Ventilation is required in the baseline system, shall the air flow rate be increased when it's useful in order to reduce the cooling demand or shall the control of the outdoor air
