Do the showers have to be included in the Water Efficiency calculations?

This must be obvious to everyone but me since I don't see a question on this. Our project is adjacent to a well established bike trail that extends for 10 miles or more in both directions.

I am working on a Behavioral Health Resource Center for Multnomah County, and I am not sure how to classify the occupants for the calculations.

I read and understand the USGBC guidance regarding the selection of bike racks, that “Bicycle racks should reflect best practices in design and installation.

I am working on a resort project located at a remote location.

Will a concrete sidewalk adjacent to the roadway qualify as a bike path to meet the bike network requirement?

The Project has a restaurant that is for office-employees only - can the transients be counted as 0 if the restaurant only will be used by employees?

I would like to know how to calculate average daily visitors. Should it be 11 or 99 average Daily visitors?
