Mixed use buildings minimum storage spaces

Hello,

For a mixed use building (commercial and residential), what is the minimum number of short term storage spaces? Is it 4 spaces for each portion so it totals for 8 spaces for the building? Or is it 4 storage spaces per building?

and is it the same case for minimum long term storage spaces?
