Does a "shared lane" qualify to be included as part of a bicycle network? Here in Wichita KS they are designated by a sharrow symbol painted on the street.

Can short and long term spaces be located together as long as all other requirements are met? 

In the LEED v4 reference guide, it is given that the bicycle storage should be provided within 100' of the main entrance. Is it main entrance of the project building or project site?
