Dear All, 

I have a question regarding the minimum requirement of the Bicycle facilities credit. ​Our project is a conference center located in the center of Bangkok, Thailand. There is a metropolitan rapid transit station (MRT station) located at the front of our site boundary. 

Question: If we provide bicycle route from one of the building entrances nearest to the MRT station (distance of 130 meters), will this bicycle route be considered as the bicycle network that connects to a light rail station? (given that the bicycle route will be 1.5 meters-wide, and both the bicycle route and the road inside our project’s maximum speed will be limited to 40 kph)
