Our project is an office building located on a Univeristy campus. All the roads on campus are 25MPH or less. 

1) Is there a minimum length of the bicylce network?

2) Can on-campus businesses/services such as a convinience store, Campus police station, hair salon count as part of the 10 diverse uses?

Hi Laura, 1) No minimum length required; the network just has to meet the connectivity within the specified distance to qualify. 2) Yes, provided they are open to the general public.
