I have completed the USGBC Pilot Credit Feedback Survey twice. I have never recieved a confirmation email stating the survey was completed, and as such the LEED Reviewers marked the credit as "pending" and are requesting documentation verifying that the project has completed the survey. Is anyone else having this issue? How do I get confirmation?

When you fill out the survey, and provide the name/email address of the main point of contact, you have to provide yours in order to receive the confirmation. Otherwise, it will only go to whomever you identified in that field, which is often the client/owner, who probably has no idea what the email is for and ignores it.
It is an incredibly annoying setup that we have complained about for many years. The Admin should receive a copy no matter who fills it out.
