Green Bike Station

Is there any advantage if the project locates a Green Bike Station (from where bikes could be rented) within the vicinity of the project (even if it is not within 200 yards)?

Finished surface of structural wall?

Hi. Does one include the finished surface (such as tile, or painted GWB) applied to or furred out from a structural wall in this credit? Thanks!

Weld-Thru Primer

Our structural steel subcontractor is currently using a Sherwin Williams Weld-Thru Primer at the shop location. This is for anti-corrosive/rust purposes.

ATES in combination with HP

We would like achieve points for the credit: Renewable Energy Production. The design team is considering an Aquifer Therma Energy Storage (ATES) in combination with a heatpump.

I have a project which wants to use Tyroc subflooring, has anyone heard or used this product? This product is not a finished flooring product or FloorScore or Greenguard certified.
