I can speak to your last question about the CIR by referring you to this thread in the NC SSc2 forum, which I think sums things up well.My gut would be that you cannot count both medical and dental, and that you would have to go to the store entrance, but I'd love to hear from others with more experience. What is required for naturally ventilated buildings? Are Co2 sensors with alarms enough to achieve compliance with this credit? Do we need one per room or just 1 per every regulary occupied space...

We are doing LEED Schools, and sometimes the State Schools governing agency minimum parking requirements exceed the local (i.e. city) jurisdiction. We are required to meet the State Schools...
