10% exemption?

As it says above, achieving this credit without a BAS is difficult. What exactly needs to be done if we don't have a BAS? Is it enough to install temperature and humidity sensors in occupied...

Our project site is a winery that directs stormwater to ponds which are later used for irrigation. The only thing is that the ponds are sometimes considerably distant from the LEED building....
