Minimum ventilation in Storage, electrical rooms, lift m/c rooms

NC-2009 IEQp1: Minimum indoor air quality performance

Do we need to comply with the ventilation rates in Table 6-1 (ASHRAE 62.1-2007) for electrical rooms, lift machine rooms, electrical rooms etc?
