Stormwater Harvesting and Runoff QueriesNC-2009 SSc6.1: Stormwater design - quantity controlposted by Greg Kight on Jun 7, 2013, 1:16 pmMichael DeVuono Regional Stormwater Leader Arcadis North America LEEDuser Expert 187 thumbs up June 7, 2013- 1:41 pm A lot of discussion about time intervals today (see below). I do not necessarily agree with the 72 hour dewatering for a cistern, an above-ground basin, sure (its a mosquito thing), and as far as I know, the ref manual does not require all facilities to drain within 72 hours. Recent research has shown that the chance of back to back 2-year storms within 3 days is less than 1%. If this system is for reuse, can you use all of the water that quickly? If you can, then sure use the 72 hours... Last reply: Michael DeVuono, Oct 28, 2013, 1:19 pm |

LEED Online Scorecard discrepancyLEED Reviews: Appeals, Design/Construction Submittals, and moreposted by Edward Gulick on Jun 21, 2013, 7:38 pmI have finally completed the documentation of all credits for a 2009 NC project. I am ready to submit, and have marked off all credits as "complete" in the credit information area. All of them appear with green check marks on the LEED Online scorecard. At the top, the scorecard accurately adds up all of the attempted credits, indicating that we are ATTEMPTING 82 points, which is correct. However, just to the left of this total at the top of the scorecard, there is another line that says "Points Possible: 81." Why is there one less point possible than we are attempting? Obviously we... Last reply: Michael E. Edmonds-Bauer, Oct 17, 2013, 5:11 pm |

v4 Draft Rating System DocumentsGeneral forumsposted by Michelle Rosenberger on Jun 24, 2013, 12:01 pmMorning gentlemen, Thanks for the debate presentation. A very good idea. FYI there's a lot more specific info provided above on the No side. Without your preface, I would have interpreted the debate as tending negative. Your comments on the work spent on "improving requirements" and "the user experience" are hard to evaluate without being able to review the documentation requirements that you note in the MR comments apparently still need some work after 6 iterations. Two things would be helpful to me. Since the Yes argument sounds more like general rhetoric than the specifics... Last reply: Michael Deane, Jun 24, 2013, 4:18 pm |

The work being done in our project building would not see workers spending more than an hour per day per person on average in a conference room. Do i still need to include them? IEQc8.2 ...
