Our project is an addition to an existing facility in a previously developed site (existing facility will not be certified, only the new addition). Originally the entire site (pre-new addition) had 389 parking spaces and with the new addition and its surroundig site work the overall capacity will drop to 369, even though local ordinances require a total of 329 spaces.
