Originally the entire site (pre-new addition) had 389 parking spaces and with the new addition and its surroundig site work the overall capacity will drop to 369, even though local ordinances require a total of 329 spaces. Due to the location of the new addition (which is the portion pursuing certification) and the use of the site, the LEED boundary is only a small portion of the overall site and will only include a small parking lot of 22 spaces,...
