Hello - I'm working on a TI project and the client is reusing over half their furniture. I know I include this in the calculator, but do I use the value of the furniture when it was purchased?

As I understand it, IDC projects are required to use Actual Materials cost and to include furniture in that cost.

I would like some clarification on how to calculate recycled content as the v4 Reference Guide is ambiguous, in my opinion. For example, on p.274 of the ID+C ref.
