BPDO calculator and Furniture

As I understand it, IDC projects are required to use Actual Materials cost and to include furniture in that cost. The version 4 BPDO calculator indicates furniture is Optional and asks for Actual Materials cost that represents only Div 3 - 10. So am I mistaken? Or are we supposed to add the furniture cost into the Actual Materials cost manually?

Hi Michelle, I think its a simple typo (Actual costs should note Div 12 costs are to be included as well). I don't see any way around it, so Div 12 costs should be included in the Instructions Tab "Actual Materials cost" data entry.

Hi Joanna, It's hard to be sure with LEED v4 with the changes in requirements and forms. And this is a pretty substantial typo for a 4th iteration of the calculator reflected not only on the Instructions tab but also on the Materials tab. Thanks for the response.
