I'm reviewing shop drawings for LEED info. The contractor provides a sample of the BPDO calculator filled out with data that is suppose to reflect information from the documents attached to the shop drawing. On the calculator it says they provided a Manufacturer Declared CSR, but I don't see it anywhere in the submittal, I see a letter from the manufacturer location of manufacturing site and recycled content. But nothing else, the manufacter rep believes that letter should act as a manufacturer provided CSR. I know a portion of what is desired in a CSR is extraction location, but I see nothing else in that letter.
Can anyone show me where to get a sample of a CSR so I know what to compare the letter to?

Edgar, unfortunately the v4 version of Option 1 is not achievable. No CSR has ever met the requirements, and I'm shocked that any manufacturer is claiming otherwise in the year 2023. To my knowledge, the only documentation that GBCI has ever accepted for Option 1 is certification to ANSI/NSF 373 Sustainable Production of Natural Dimension Stone. That's not enough and has never been enough to earn the point. My suggestion is to substitute the v4.1 version of this credit, which gives you the opportunity to achieve both options and earn both points.
