Hi! I am working with a project where there are no parking spaces within the project, but parking owned by the municipality very close to the project.

I have a project that some of the parking spaces that are the shortest distance to the elevator bank are spaces for compact cars.

Does it include flexfuel cars?

Can we exclude ADA parking from the total parking capacity when considering the preferred parking 5% max?

Our Core and Shell project is a multi-tenant business building with a parking garage (underground) and is part of a campus area with some more buildings and parking areas.

Would it be possible to get an ID point for doing both options 1 & 2? Preferred Parking for 5% of building occupants and charging stations?

I have a couple of questions regarding a core&shell renovation project I'm working on: 1- When do the preferred parking spaces need to be reserved?

Can the signage be accomplished by marking "Low-Emitting Vehicles Only" on the ground itself of the individual parking spaces?

Is there any requirement for the signalization size and position (on the wall, on the floor, etc..) for credit 4.3 preferred parking places?

Our project is an office building that is pursuing LEED for CS (2009).
